Reviews and Ratings
My stay at the hotel was a mixed experience. While the location was excellent, close to the Duomo and ideal for work-related walks to nearby establishments, the rooms were a bit disappointing, not living up to a 4-star standard. The service, especially from the friendly and efficient staff, was a highlight. However, the dining options were limited, and the facilities were average. Overall, it's a decent choice if you prioritize location over room quality.
The hotel offers basic but clean rooms that are very comfortable, though small for families with toddlers. The service is exceptional, going above and beyond to ensure a pleasant stay. Its excellent location provides easy access to various attractions and amenities, making it a convenient choice. The dining options are satisfactory but limited, while the facilities are well-maintained and cater to basic needs.
I had a pleasant stay at the hotel. The rooms were clean and spacious, though the furniture was a bit outdated. The service was exceptional, with a very friendly and helpful staff. The location was fantastic, within walking distance of many attractions. The dining options were good, although breakfast could be more varied. Overall, a great value for money.
The hotel had rooms that were spotlessly clean but felt a bit dated and small. The service was exceptionally friendly and helpful, going the extra mile to address noisy neighbors. The location was convenient, with plenty of nearby dining options. The dining experience was satisfactory but not exceptional. Overall, a mixed experience with some positive aspects and some room for improvement.
The hotel is perfectly located in the city center, just a minute away from the iconic Duomo, surrounded by convenient shops and restaurants. The rooms were clean but had a slight lingering smell of cigarettes. The service was outstanding, with attentive staff going above and beyond to assist guests. The dining experience offered a good variety of dishes but at a slightly higher price. The facilities were well-maintained although a few more amenities could enhance the stay.
The hotel offers spacious, well-decorated rooms after a renovation, but some may feel a bit crowded in the smaller bedroom area. Service is generally friendly, except for one staff member. The noise from renovations and deliveries can be disruptive at times.
My stay at the hotel was a mix of positives and negatives. The room I was in, which seemed to be in the older part of the hotel, was dated with poor bathroom facilities, but at least it was tastefully decorated. The service was mostly quick and efficient, though a couple of receptionists had an attitude problem. The location was excellent, being close to the city center and convenient for sightseeing. Despite some aspects falling short, the hotel offered decent value for money given the central location.
The hotel's location is perfect, handy for all the big sites and a fifteen-minute walk to the navigli canal area for the best night out. Rooms are comfortable, but have a bad smell and a bath door that can't close, facing onto the street and hence a very noisy bar opposite. Service is so, so bad, but they did offer to change my room immediately and personally handled noisy neighbors. The dining experience is very nice, with a variety of fresh and cooked fruits, but a bit overpriced at 13 euros each. The facilities are decent, with some extand in the 'Billa' supermarket.
